Comparison
JustPass vs Deliveroo
Deliveroo doesn't publish what it takes from each order. Ours is on the pricing page: 8%, 4% or nothing on a collection order from your own page, and a stamp on your customer's loyalty card every time.
The delivery marketplace. Customers order from you inside the Deliveroo app, and Deliveroo's riders deliver.

Deliveroo figures taken from their own site, checked November 2026. Prices change — check theirs before deciding. JustPass is £19, £39 or £89 a month, 14 days free, no setup fee and no contract. On online orders and gift vouchers we take 8% on Starter, 4% on Growth and nothing on Scale; Stripe's card fee is on top.
And loyalty is built in
The first order puts your loyalty card in their Apple or Google Wallet, and every order after adds a stamp. The free one is waiting on their phone, which is the reason to order from you directly next time rather than through an app.
When Deliveroo is the better choice
Deliveroo brings you customers who are browsing for dinner and have never heard of you, and its riders do the delivering. We don't do either.
That's why the two sit side by side: Deliveroo for delivery and new faces, your own page for the regulars who collect. Your page can even show your Deliveroo link for anyone who wants it delivered.
