These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of JustPass, a product of 7 Technologies Limited. By signing up, you agree to abide by these Terms.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Use of the Platform

• JustPass enables users to join service partner loyalty programs and generate digital stamp cards as Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes.
• Participating service partners can scan QR codes on your passes to update stamp counts and issue rewards.
• Users may not misuse the platform, including attempting to manipulate stamp counts or rewards.

4. Data Sharing

• By joining a loyalty program through JustPass, you agree that your name will be shared with the respective business partner operating that program.
• This name sharing enables businesses to provide personalized service and maintain accurate loyalty records for your account.
• Business partners may use your name to communicate with you about their loyalty program, rewards, and related services.
• All other data sharing practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, which should be read in conjunction with these Terms.

5. Responsibility of Service Partners

Participating service partners are responsible for the accuracy of their loyalty program details, stamp updates, and reward fulfilment. JustPass is not liable for any disputes between users and service partners regarding stamps or rewards.

6. Limitation of Liability

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and may modify or discontinue services at any time.
• We are not responsible for any losses arising from the use of JustPass, including missed rewards or program changes by service partners.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

8. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of JustPass constitutes acceptance of any changes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland.
