JustPass is a product of 7 Technologies Limited ("we," "us," or "our"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose your data when you use our platform.

Data Controller & Processor Roles: For the purposes of UK GDPR, when you use JustPass:

• JustPass acts as a data processor on behalf of the service partners (businesses) whose loyalty programs you join through our platform. These service partners are the data controllersfor the personal data processed in connection with their loyalty programs.
• JustPass acts as a data controller only for the personal data we collect directly for account creation and platform functionality purposes.

This distinction is important as it determines who makes decisions about your personal data and who is primarily responsible for protecting it. For more information about our data processing activities on behalf of service partners, please see our Data Processing Agreement.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of data:

• Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your first name, last name, and email address. You may sign up directly with your email or via Google or Apple single sign-on, in which case we receive the name and email address associated with that account.
• Date of Birth: We collect your date of birth at registration. This is used to enable service partners to send you birthday rewards and special offers. Your date of birth can only be set once and cannot be changed after registration.
• Referral Information: We ask how you heard about JustPass (e.g. social media, a friend, an event). This is used solely for our internal analytics to understand how users discover the platform.
• Program Participation: When you add a loyalty program from a participating service partner, we track your enrolment and stamp progress.
• Linked Online Store Accounts: If you link your account at a service partner's Shopify store, we store that store's customer ID for you and nothing else from your store account: not your name, email address, phone number or address. When you pay for an order there, we receive its subtotal, currency and any discount codes, to award stamps and redeem rewards. We don't keep order details once processed, except a record of what each order earned, which is deleted after 90 days.
• Usage Data: We collect information on how you interact with JustPass to improve our services.
• Analytics Data: We use Firebase, Vercel, Apple Wallet, and Google Wallet, which may collect analytics data. This data helps service partners understand customer engagement for marketing purposes.
• Notification Data: With your consent, we collect device information necessary to send push notifications about program updates, stamp collections, and reward availability.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account.
• To allow service partners to update your stamp count and issue rewards.
• To enable service partners to send you birthday rewards and special offers on your birthday, using your date of birth.
• To maintain and improve our platform.
• To understand how users discover JustPass, using referral information you provide.
• To provide analytics insights to service partners for marketing purposes.
• To send you push notifications about your loyalty programs, stamp updates, and reward availability when you've provided consent.
• We do not send marketing emails or text messages to users.

4. Data Sharing

• With Service Partners: When you join a service partner's loyalty program, your name, date of birth, and stamp progress are shared with that service partner. Date of birth is shared to allow the service partner to send you birthday rewards. Your email address is not shared with service partners. This sharing only occurs when you explicitly add a loyalty program to your JustPass account. The service partner acts as a data controller for this information.
• With a Linked Online Store: If you link a service partner's Shopify store account, we show your card and any reward code on your customer record in their store, so you can see them when signed in there.
• With Service Providers: We may use third-party services like Firebase and Vercel to operate and improve JustPass. These providers act as our sub-processors and are bound by contractual obligations to protect your personal data.
• Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use analytics cookies on our website to understand how visitors find and use it. These are set by Google Analytics 4 and are only used if you accept them on the banner shown on your first visit. If you reject, or simply don't answer, no analytics cookies are stored on your device and we receive only anonymous, aggregated information.

Cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to work — such as remembering your cookie choice or keeping you signed in — are set without consent, as permitted under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable security measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss.
