JustPass vs Uber Eats
Uber Eats takes 13% of a pickup order and charges £650 to get started. On your own JustPass page a collection order costs you 8%, 4% or nothing, depending on your plan, and every order earns your customer a stamp.

Uber Eats figures taken from their own site, checked November 2026. Prices change — check theirs before deciding. JustPass is £19, £39 or £89 a month, 14 days free, no setup fee and no contract. On online orders and gift vouchers we take 8% on Starter, 4% on Growth and nothing on Scale; Stripe's card fee is on top.
And loyalty is built in
The first order puts your loyalty card in their Apple or Google Wallet, and every order after adds a stamp. The free one is waiting on their phone, which is the reason to order from you directly next time rather than through an app.
When Uber Eats is the better choice
Uber Eats puts you in front of people who have never heard of you, and its couriers deliver. We do neither: your page doesn't sit in a marketplace, and we don't deliver.
Most venues keep both. Stay on Uber Eats for new faces and delivery, and send the regulars who already know you to your own page for collection, where you keep more of each order and they earn a stamp.
